Thank you for shopping with Eira by Ahmad.
We carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure that our customers receive their products in good condition.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for purchased items.
We also do not offer exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography.
Eligible Exchange Cases
An exchange may be requested only in the following situations:
The product arrives with a fabric defect, damage, or manufacturing fault.
You receive an incorrect product that does not match your order.
The exchange request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Customer's full name
Contact details
Clear photos or a short video showing the issue with the product
Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies for an exchange.
Exchange Conditions
For an exchange to be accepted:
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must not have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Original tags and packaging should be intact.
The reported issue must be clearly visible or verifiable.
Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Size Selection
Customers are responsible for checking the available size chart and selecting the correct size before placing an order. We do not offer exchanges because of incorrect size selection by the customer.
Color Variation
Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings. Such differences are not considered a product defect and are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Approval
Eira by Ahmad reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above or if the reported issue is not considered a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item.
