Refund and Exchange Policy – Eira by Ahmad

Thank you for shopping with Eira by Ahmad.

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. As we sell clothing items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations caused by screen settings or lighting.

Eligible Exchange Requests

We only accept exchange requests if:

• The item has a damaged fabric defect or a manufacturing fault.
• The incorrect item was delivered.
• The request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To request an exchange, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product showing the issue
• Your full name and contact details

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size before placing an order.

Eira by Ahmad reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
